Description
“Driftwood Horizon” feels like a pause between thoughts… a split second before something clicks into place or unravels completely.
Painted in oil on canvas, this expressive portrait features a woman looking upward, slightly away, with wide, searching eyes.
Her features are stylized and slightly off-center, giving the piece a dreamlike, almost floating energy. Her blue hooded cloak wraps her in quiet, moody contrast against a blurred, neutral backdrop that feels like walls, fog or memory.
The title nods to driftwood… weathered, softened, shaped by everything it’s been through. And the horizon? That’s where she’s looking.
This piece sits in the middle of uncertainty and wonder and it pulls you right into that space.
